Joanne the manager and her staff are hard working and do everything to make your stay here comfortable and easy! Great location to walk to campus. Easy parking. Warm during winter. Rare find!

This place is a rare find! Much cheaper than other Ithaca hotels and the owners really care about continuing their Cornell legacy. The lady who checked us in was very nice and recommended some local eats in Collegetown. Super clean and very comfortable beds. I would stay here just for the shower head. It was like getting a massage. My husband loved the tap bar. There is a large screen TV in every room and it was nice to watch TV on the comfy bed. The driveway is at the bottom of a steep driveway, but it wasn’t a problem for our minivan. Plus, there was always a spot. If I could, I would give this hotel a 100 stars!
