Fantastic Villa and exceptional value.The views are amazing with its elevated position, but be aware of the steep unsealed access road; it might influence rental car choice.The kitchen is very well equipped, easy to use and clean. We appreciated the extra cleaning by Valentina and Rafaelle during the week. WiFi is excellent strength- except in the downstairs pool bedrooms. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunloungers and space. The tv sitting room with great a/c was much appreciated during the heat of the day.There is a very friendly cat who visits- but never comes into the villa, and insect repellent is essential- to be expected in the countryside location.Stewart the host was so helpful. He responded immediately to any queries, and our small plumbing issue was fixed straightaway by Rafaelle. The villa instructions were very thorough and useful- I would only suggest a hard copy could be kept in the villa for ease of use. We didn’t realise when we first arrived that the water wasn’t potable.We had a fantastic week in the villa and discovered a fascinating and beautiful part of Italy .
