In a new building on the 2nd floor with elevator, this comfortable apartment includes a living room with a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer), one bedroom (queen-size bed), a bathroom with toilet, a utility room (washing machine), a balcony with table and chairs, and one parking space. Internet access is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
