The community at Arcadia is so great!! Fun stuff to do for the kids, fun e-bike trails, & lot of local activities not far away. Our house was very clean and neat. Easy check in and out

Cons: -The down pillows. Most of the feathers are poking through the pillow cases making it uncomfortable to sleep on. -Dust and hair found underneath the beds. Trash found behind the headboards. -The pong machine was broken. -Poor water pressure in the showers. -Air conditioning turned off during the night making it hot in the upstairs rooms. -Maintenance did not respond when water was noted. Pros: -Location of the home. Enjoyed being close to the pool. -Pools and surrounding facilities are clean. -Our children of different ages enjoyed the clubhouse. -The Arcadia staff are friendly and helpful. -The grill food was delicious. -Beautiful home and decor. Our family enjoyed our stay at Arcadia Resorts!

Suggestions for #15 Bella Vista

New BBQ (propane, not natural gas--did not get hot enough and did not get a callback until the next day); big clocks in main rooms would've been nice; non-slip strips in master shower downstairs; hand held shower heads instead of rain heads; not enough water pressure; refrigerator water filter needs changing out, the ice tasted funny.

Amazing House!!!

This was the perfect place for our family and friends to relaxing and enjoy. The house was huge and so nicely decorated. The house has everything we needed and so much more. We were able to contact the management company anytime if we needed anything or had questions about the pool area. The kids loved playing in the pool resort area with with water slide and lazy River. Overall we had a blast and will certainly be coming back many many more times. Thank You.
