Villa Alexandra is a Mediterranean style home with spectacular ocean and mountain views, located on the El Palmar Golf Course and a 10min walk away from beautiful Ixtapa beach. The house has an incredible infinity pool just off the large lower terrace and a 2nd level terrace where you can lounge and watch the most incredible sunsets. Villa Alexandra has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

This home features two masters suites and one twin bed suite accommodating 6 people. Each bedroom has A.C and its own private bath. The home has a fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen as well as an outdoor grill.

The house has a private driveway where you can park your car - if you wish to rent a car, you can do so at the airport for an affordable price (Europcar).

Alternatively, the 'Sitio de Taxis Ixtapa' taxi service is trustworthy and reliable - you can contact them via phone or whatsapp (ask us about it and we can share their contact info).

Cleaning service is included 3 days a week.
Edgar, the caretaker is included and he comes 5.5 days a week to clean the pool and tend the gardens and assists with an house related issues. He is also happy to help you with small market requests such as fresh fish (an extra fee applies).
