Not very pleased.

You get what you pay for. Honestly overcharged. This hotel is probably original to when it was built maybe the 70's. They have not done any improvement. The only thing i liked they had a good AC. But then didn't have a blanket only a sheet with a very thin cover. The location was great. The restaurant was nothing special at all. I wouldnt stay here again.

First visit with VRBO

Definitely in need of room maintenance. Big hole in the bedroom ceiling where the light fixture comes out and big hole in the ceiling above the shower head. Nothing dangerous I don’t think and an easy fix since it was ceiling tiles. Just not pleasing to the eye. Other than that the cleaning staff were friendly and top notch! The booking manager Kenneth was AMAZING. Answered every question or concern very promptly. We had a great visit for our first time to Ixtapa. Carol
