Yine harikaydı

Bu yaz bu otelde ikinci kez konakladık ve yine çok memnun kaldık. Otel yakın zamanda restorasyon geçirmiş, odalar ferah ve tertemiz. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Ayrıca otoparkın olması büyük bir avantaj. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer!

2 gecelik konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Mutfağının ve kahvaltısının olması tercih sebebimizdi. Fakat gittiğimizde ocağın kaldırıldığını ve kahvaltının da dahil olmadığını öğrendik. Bunların olduğunu bilerek geldiğimizi belirtmemize rağmen kahvaltı hizmeti alamadık. Mutfak konusunda da tek kullanabildiğimiz lavabo oldu. Yemek için yine dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Temizlik konusunda oldukça tereddüt yaratan bir odaydı. Yeterince temizlik yapıldığını düşünmediğimiz için koltuklarda rahat oturamadık, yatakta da yanımızda getirdiğimiz kılıfları kullandık. Bu tür yerlerde çokça konaklama yaptım. Buradaki hizmet fiyatına göre oldukça kötüydü. Eğer böyle olduğunu bilseydim daha uygun fiyata kahvaltısız otelleri tercih ederdim. Yan odadakiler gece boyu parti yaptığı için özellikle 2. gece hiç uyuyamadık.

Biz 3 gece konaklama Costalin Premium’a geldik. Özel havuzlu falan tamamen yalan odaların hiçbir alanında size ait bir alan yok, havuzların hiçbiri çalışmıyor boş, temizlik ile ilgili beklentiniz olmasın biz her yere havlu serdik, iletişim diyalog falan asla düşünmeyin en basit WİFİ için mücadele etmeniz gerekiyor, otelde kahvaltı olduğundan personelin haberi yok biz ödemesini önceden yaptık dememizle kahvaltı geleceği söylendi hotels gibi sistemlerle de çok bilgileri yok, sanırım buranın sahibi her şeyi kendi haline bırakmış, tabi ki dava açacağız, asla ve asla tavsiye etmiyorum mümkün olduğunca uzak durabilirsiniz.

Einfach großartig! Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in den Suiten von Herrn Cagri. Er ist ein äußerst freundlicher, lustiger und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der mir von Anfang an das Gefühl gegeben hat, willkommen zu sein. Die Suiten selbst sind exklusiv, modern und sehr großzügig geschnitten, mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick, der den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – reichlich, frisch und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Otel genel anlamı ile güzeldi, çalışanlar ve otel sahibi ilgili ve güleryüzlü insanlardı. Otel sahibi Çağrı Bey ve personel şefi Hasan Hüseyin Bey tüm detaylarda yardımcı oldular. Temizlik anlamında genel itibariyle güzeldi, kahvaltı yeterli fakat geliştirilebilir. Premium suite; loft olarak dizayn edilmiş, konfor olarak gayet rahattı. Ayrıca Premium suite içerisinde sıcak su jakuzisi olarak görünüyor fakat jakuzi değil, daha çok özel bir havuz gibi. Ayrıca hot tub denilmiş olsa da ısıtıcısı mevcut değil malesef. Genel anlamı ile memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederim.
