Good hotel very close to Alcansak station and tram stop Hotel was clean and provided a good breakfast Only negative is the outside noise as close to the bar area so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs or perhaps choose a different hotel Otherwise this is a great hotel close to bars, restaurants, the seafront and transport links

Once again the hotel did not disappoint. Although we were very late arriving the staff were excellent. Location was great to get out late and have a relaxing drink. Breakfast in the morning was very nice indeed. Many thanks.

Ok to stay for a few days,but a very dark, small room overlooking other buildings, no real natural light . Nice hot shower and plenty of towels and toilet paper, little touches like body wash and shampoo. Pleasant receptionist. Very near to shops/parks.

Nice room and staff, but next to a club!!

The location is good and the staff is very nice, but I stayed on a weekend and the music from a close by club kept me up all night. They even let me switch rooms but it was just as bad. Maybe during the week there's no noise, but definitely on a Friday and Saturday night.

Hotel split into different buildings. Room good and clean. All ok with the exception of the breakfast which was grim. Area across the road , unfriendly staff, bread and food ran out. Bread from other people's returned plates put back in the basket!

Could be better.

The bed had no top sheet, just a really thin blanket. The bottom sheet had a burn hole in it. There was no maid service even though we were there 3 nights. The vessel sink was so huge there was no room for toiletries. The shower wasn’t consistent in temperature. The room was very small. The alley where it was located was not lit well at night and smelled bad. Staff was very pleasant. The room was clean.

This property would have gotten 5 stars all the way, however, the air-conditioning was not fully working, so it only got down to about 77°f/25°c. Also, be prepared for loud music (bass thumps) late into the night. The the hotels fault, it's the active Izmir nightlife.

The place where the hotel is located is very noisy and there is constant fighting. Although the interior of the hotel has been restored, the area and reception area are not that good. The contours they put around the bed are unnecessary, the deep bottoning is filled with crumbs and dirt. There is no safe in the room. Better have a stool to put the suitcase on. Toilet paper away from the toilet bowl. The bedside light switch is not close enough to the bed.
