For the room price, the hotel was clean and efficiently run. Free breakfast was nice. Conveniently located next to the Izumo Train Station. Parking on site was ¥500.

Estadia muito boa, o checkin e checkout muito rápido os Staffs bem atenciosos e o estacionamento fica dentro do hotel tipo elevadores e carros muito grandes não irão caber, a única decepção foi o café da manhã por causa da pandemia era servido um Bentô e dependendo da nacionalidade a pessoa pode não gostar das opções que vem no bentô, mas a gente entende que é por causa da pandemia.

Parking onsite was easy and cheap. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. The location was perfect.

Budget hotel

This is a budget hotel located in front of Izumo station. Pros: Affordable rate, free mediocre breakfast, convenient location. Cons: Rooms are loud. You hear the hallway, neighbor's plumbing, a clock ticking and a fridge in the room. Not a good place for a light sleeper. There is only 1 elevator, which gets crowded. There are no hot spring water baths like some other hotels nearby. I'm a light sleeper. I will not stay here again.

budget hotel: all good ... except for breakfast

The hotel is just in front of the main station of Izumo. Transportation access is very nice also with buses. There are many restaurants and bars as well as a few convenience stores. So, its location is almost perfect while the facility looks obviously tired and their serive is mediocre as is expected for a Japanese "business hotel". If you look for a budget hotel, this must be one of the choices. Please be minded that you may want to skip their breakfast even though it is included in price. It is definitely subpar.
