Expensive motel-like hotel next to the road. soundproofing terrible, coffeemachine broken. Not worth the price. Make sure you get a room upstairs. Outside pool was great and nice and warm.

Mountain Modern was a very nice, renovated hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I really liked that the hotel had several gathering spots for guests - inside and outside (some with gas firepits) the large property. The walking proximity to beautiful Jackson is great too! We were only a couple blocks from the city park, and the downtown bars, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in 3 different places while we were in Jackson and Mountain Modern was by FAR our favorite! Wish we would have stayed there the whole time. Super clean, modern and not out dated, lots of amenities, and great customer service. My only ask would be for a full length mirror or second mirror some where in the room as it’s hard for multiple people to get ready with only one mirror. Otherwise highly satisfied with this resort!

Great service, very accommodating. Clean and neat hotel, with excellent dry and wash amenities. Cons: Not the facility, but the other guests, at 2:30am, it sounded as someone was kicking in the door above us, the walls are very thin, but common courtesy of the other guests would be too much to ask, hence why the hotel provides ear plugs on the end table in your room. They obviously know this is a problem, just by reading some reviews, guests have reported the same issue. Next renovation....insulate the walls👍
