Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was placed N wrong room upon arrival was so tired didn't realize my room wasn't accessible then when called gave room T 2 teenagers and wouldn't move them. Moved next day when came back from breakfast was cleaning my room like crazy and I told them I had no where T go. They had been told T clean both rooms because they were side by side.
The housekeepers and outside workers did a really good job and worked hard every day. I was locked out of room 3 times key cards not working but office key did slipped on ice N front of door talked about removing left came back they had covered front with snow from a pile and said sun would melt. Mentioned it iced at night guy named Aldi at desk laughed. Asked T speak T manage said he's off
Was T B shuttled T and from airport refused return said T early. I had asked for quick ride T pick phone order at whole foods refused. Finally rented a car for 80.00 got food and airport transfer by them. Only good here was breakfast. Construction constant there is no pool no shuttle around town and only at their convenience
What a dump full of lies started had no rooms N house with elevator I saw them
I had booked a tour T Yellowstone that was non-refundable or I would have left this hole asap and had T cancell room 3days before arrival.
Donna not hesitate to contact me manager was pierce but he never talked or got N touch with me. There was a lady who pick me up who was nice. There were ravens diving at us going into breakfast because of trash
