Don’t waste your money

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was stuff all over the walls someone else’s hair in the bathroom in the beds. I told the lady upfront everything and showed her pictures. She said she would get with the manager and have them call me. The manager never called me. I called to speak to the manager left a message and still have not heard back from anybody.

The room was absolutely filthy! There was someone else’s hair in the shower, bedding was dirty and stained, the toilet had stains inside, the bathroom floor had literal dirt everywhere and lap shade had mold on the top. Check in was long because there were other guests checking in and only one guest service agent. When I got to my room the key didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk to get it corrected. The hallway floors were dirty and food stained. The outside of the room doors were dirty and had old food residue on the bottom. This place needs a thorough cleaning!

Unpleasant Stay – Would Not Recommend

My recent stay at Baymont was extremely disappointing. During check-in, the manager’s wife reassured us that things had improved under new management. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The room had a strong foul odor upon arrival, and it was not cleaned at all during our stay. Housekeeping only showed up after two separate requests—and even then, they didn’t take out the trash. To make matters worse, there were random people roaming the halls at all hours, which made us feel uneasy. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
