I almost fell out of the chair while I was trying to eat. The chair back was slanted back and would not straighten upright. The air conditioner never adjusted to a comfortable setting. The refrigerator froze our salads too.

When we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful smile. Check in was very quick. My room was very clean. Other staff was also friendly.
