As advertised. Ask for rooms in East wing, away from traffic noise. Tub was very slick, no hand rails or mat, almost fell twice. A/C fan had a vibration in it I couldn’t fix but finally got used to it. Breakfast was 4 out of 10 with limited choices. Bed was comfy. Plenty of pillows. Nice TV. Overall 7.5 rating out of 10.

Over night stop on return trip home. Easy check in and out. Safe location. Breakfast was minimal. Lacking actual fruit. No eggs boiled or scrambled. No pancakes or waffles. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. If needing a place to rest we would stay here again.

The continental breakfast was quite sad, nothing plugged in, sausage, gravy, and biscuits all very cold, and not looking fresh, refills not being performed on cereals. very neglected breakfast station, we stayed multiple days over weekend and week-days, no change noticed in attention paid to the breakfast depending on the time week your stay may be… the other big concern is that the floors in our room had obviously not been cleaned, and the bathroom floor had a sticky residue when we arrived. aside from that we had a lovely stay. It was close to the areas we wanted to visit in Jackson and nearby areas, wasn’t bad for the price we paid.
