Check in went very well and both breakfast and light dinner were very good. It is an upscale choice hotel with a nice decor. My main reason for the low rating is that We were told we were half way down the hall from the elevator, but there was also an elevator right across from our room. Between the crashing sound from the elevator and the people getting off and talking loudly we were woke up several times during the night.

Staff was VERY kind! Room is pretty clean. The color on the television is off and there is a water logged spot on the ceiling. We’ve noticed inside the vents by the elevator that there is another vent that is covered in (what looks like) mold and dust. However, the room is fine and the staff are excellent!

The morning breakfast was fine but the dining room was not cleaned. Someone came and swept part of the floor, skipping most of the floor that was covered in crumbs. Someone had spilled a drink on the floor and that wasn’t cleaned. Tables were never cleaned either.
