Located 3.5 miles up the Wildcat River, outside Jackson Village, on a road that turns into hiking trails up Carter Mountain, or the back side of Wildcat or Black Mountains. Situated beside the Wildcat River and the Marsh Brook, with 20 acres of grass meadow stretched in front of the house. 185 Acres are on Spruce Mountain, where there’s maple sugar farming in a 100-year-old grove. Sitting on the front porch in the quiet valley surrounded by national forests is truly a one-of-a-kind life experience.
