Clean rooms, VERY comfortable beds! My wife said she had some of the best sleep during our stay. Even though there were a lot of high schoolers staying, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast and coffee was good. One minor thing needed is a little more variety in the sweeteners with the coffee.

The location was convenient, the property was clean/up-to-date, and the staff was friendly. I was just there for a quick overnight but chose it because of the consistency of the brand. If I may make a suggestion...please include conditioner in the shower. I travel a lot, and although I appreciate the full-size shampoo and body wash, this is the only hotel I have ever stayed in (motels included) that didn't include both. With a parent company as large as Hilton, I wouldn't have expected to have to travel with my own. Clearly a minor issue...just a suggestion. :-)

I was definitely disappointed that there was no housekeeping service! You go to a hotel and one would certainly expect to come back for the second night with fresh linens, a made up bed, trash emptied! But there was nothing! I will find a hotel that has a daily housekeeping service for my next stay! Shocked…no idea! Ridiculous!
