The room was clean. Shower was lukewarm at best. Phone in room did not work. Toilet stopped flushing about halfway through stay, ended up fixing it myself. Asked staff for towels and was told they’d be in my room. No towels came. Staff was kind.

And out of 0° windchill and the heaters were broken, the windows blinds would not close so the sunlight will come directly into our room and we have a king suite I had like seven windows inside We had a pullout sofa with no blankets called the front and they wouldn’t give us any We kept getting locked out of our room our key would stop working We stay a lot of places, and this was before the worst one

The door didnt work for most of my stay in 2 rooms so anytime I wanted to leave had to have staff escort me to and from. The jet tubs in the room didnt work and that is why I booked that room class. Also toilet paper not replenished and room not tended to for two days of full week when I requested it for each day.

Unfortunately nothing worked with our stay here. We were moved from rooms 3 times. First room the toilet wasnt working - made us repack and go back to the lobby Second room they sent us to wasn't cleaned up. Guess what, back down and wait for a room. Third rooms key lock wasnt working, and we were left waiting in the hallway for a while. Fourth room all of the above worked and so we stayed but the TV would turn itself down after 10 seconds. We were too tired and just stayed. Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk tried to do her best but she was short staffed, or something wasnt ok here. She said we would be refunded in full. Guess what, didnt happened either. Very unfortunate. Just awful overall experience at this Hilton. The hotel overall is quite run down. The area is just unsafe. Would not recommend it.
