No heat in our room the first night. Outside temp was in the teens and dropping. The motels' AC/Heating system can not be manually turned on or off. Hotel clerk was willing to move us next door. We declined-- it was late and we were tired from traveling all day. Hotel clerk lended us a blanket. Second night we moved into another room.

We stayed from Thursday night (1-15-2026) to Sunday (1-18-2026). It was clean enough. There was a carpet stain in front of the cabinet. the heat was difficult to adjust, the unit wanted to throw out cold air when it got up to temperature. Most of the staff was pleasant, I did have a lot of interaction with them. When I went down to extend my stay on Friday afternoon, the desk clerk was on the rude side, I was bothering her.
