The room was fine and nice, but the hallways smelled so bad! It smelled like mildewed carpet, like it had flooded and mildewed. It's a shame because the room was fine and the people were nice, but the condition of the carpet and smell was terrible. Also with there were adapters for charging cell phones, etc because I was there on business. Won't be staying at the Hyatt in the future in Ridgeland.

Did my booking through Expedia , I book 1 room with a king size bed for 2 adults. They gave me a room with 2 queen sizes beds. The room did not look clean at all. We only stay 1 night , because we were just passing through. The place needs new management!!!

Fridge in room was frozen over and could not be used. We could not get extra towels because they did not have any. We had to use towels to clean up water from the fridge defrosting. Since we could not get towels, we had to go buy some. Air did not work well. Did not have a do not disturb sign for door.

They do not have microwaves in the rooms, they do not clean the rooms daily. Had to ask for extra towels twice, inside of toilet bowel was dirty. The breakfast was a 1, hard pre-prepared waffles, undercooked sausage, the staff has a nonchalant attitude when you ask a question. This hotel has potential but is lacking in many ways.

Overall not the best stay

It is a very nice hotel but not kept up very well in our quick experience. Our fam of 6 enjoyed the good amount of space, but lacked some general upkeep. Sink stopped up. Stepped in puddle of dripping AC in the morning. holes in wall where should have been TP holder. Could not get extra blanket for pull out bed. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was friendly.
