We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel is!! It was a perfect pit stop on our way to Florida and the bed was extremely comfortable and the best shower I’ve ever had!!!

Tabby at the bar was AMAZING! She was very attentive in the indoor bar on my first night and I was happy to see her at the pool bar on Saturday. The head of security also made sure my guests and I were taken care of at the pool and I was able to spend additional time with my friends who live in town while I was in town for bereavement. I loved the lazy river as well. The convenience of a kitchen open to 10:30 also helped me ensure my elderly parents were able to have meals quickly without having to travel too far. I will definitely be back again!

Girls Staycation - AWESOME

We were doing a very special Staycation for our best friend/sister.... From beginning to end - we could not have asked for anyone or any place better... From Clarke helping me check in early (and knowing / remembering) me the whole weekend. Then to the rooftop for food and music - JC was awesome as our bartender, then we had Damon - such a sweet kid... Meet a great group of people ALSO having a staycation - had the best time. Roderick (security) was extremely nice and welcoming the entire weekend everytime we saw him he made a point to talk. Kimberly was extremely helpful on our hallway with anything we needed - also helped some ladies on another floor we meet. Then poolside bar - Tabby was great... She ran the bar, food and anything else in between.... EVERYONE of the staff - Perfect 10!!!! We will most definitely go back

Great hotel. HOWEVER, food and director manager needs to be replaced. 3 spots to order all the same kitchen. Waited over an hour for one sandwich. Also, this property does not allow any outside food to be brought in an eaten at pool or pool deck or even in the lobby. If u order pizza for a group, you have to eat it in your room. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I get not by the pool maybe but they force u to eat their food and wait hours.
