Overall, great stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Not a fan of the breakfast, as everything was packaged, however they did have some fresh fruit to take. The eggs did not look appealing and since I am GF and health-conscience so there was little to select. Overall great stay--just opted to skip breakfast or eat someplace else. Would stay there again because the important things are taken care of.

We stopped in Jackson, TN as a halfway point between North Carolina and Texas. We selected Tru as it was one of the few hotels with availability. As soon as we walked into Tru, our greeting was warm and professional. The style and decor had a vibe. Our room was quaint and comfortable. The breakfast was your normal free breakfast - plenty of options, well prepared, and filling. Only downside - thin walls. However, all neighbors were respectful and courteous. I would recommend👌

Overall stay was pleasant and the rates are reasonable. It was considerably noisy due to the proximity of the interstate, but not enough to prevent a future stay.

It was terrible. Loud banging in room above woke me around 10:15pm. I called the front desk to inform them about the situation. At 11pm, when the banging and romper room antics persisted, I decided to leave. I stopped here as the driving midway point between Dallas, TX area and Roanoke, VA to see my sick mother. Total waste of money.
