Must be min 25 yrs old. This one bedroom home is the perfect space to relax, work or just enjoy some peace! There is lots of open space, plush comfy bed, shared courtyard and excellent location. Enjoy this awesome triplex or take a quick walk and you will be at the shops, restaurants and bars of the trendy San Marco neighborhood in Jacksonville.

I had a great time during my stay. Area is safe, quiet, and walkable to nearby shops. I was in the area for a month to work at UF. It was an easy commute and I enjoyed the San Marco area. Bed was comfortable and the unit had everything I needed. 10/10!
