Had issues with water damage on the flooring in the bathroom - glue down vinyl was coming up. Called the front desk to have them come up to take a look at the flooring, no one came up. After coming back into the hotel after going to dinner hours after this, Katelyn (spelling) was very lovely and informed me no one was able to come up but many rooms are having this issue. I also find problem with the vessel sink in the vanity area - looks good but very impractical since it causes water splashing and mess.

The property and rooms were exceptionally clean. You could actually smell the freshness as soon as you entered the building. This was my 3rd time staying at this location and I will most certainly be back.

The hotel and rooms are exceptional, updated and very clean. I've stayed there twice in the last month and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a room in the Jacksonville International Airport district area.
