Dreaming of a private beach getaway? This Fernandina Shores condo offers comfort, privacy, and easy access to the sand. Enjoy the pool, tennis courts, or your own patio. Inside, a bright living area, half bath, and well-equipped kitchen make relaxing easy. Upstairs: two bedrooms (king, queen, and twin beds) and a shared bath. The master has a private balcony—ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset wine. Perfect for a quiet retreat close to the beach and amenities.
**The association is currently renovating the pool, which will remain closed throughout the process. We expect to reopen during the first week of April. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our community amenities.**
