Experience all Amelia has to offer with this amazing, 3rd-floor condo located at Amelia Landings.  Short walk to the beach (13 minutes), on the property you have exclusive access to Amelia Landing pool, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. 

This completely renovated 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has everything you need for your vacation.  Fully furnished including your beach towels.  The Master Bedroom has a queen bed featuring a smart TV with an ensuite bathroom.  You also have a private entrance to the screened patio balcony.  The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.  The guest bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV.  The second bathroom is located right outside of this room.  Open floor plan for your living room and dining room.  The best part of the condo is a fully screened enclosure balcony.  This is perfect for your sunset and sunrises or just grab a book and relax!

Misrepresented and full of improprieties

From the beginning of notifying the property manager of uninhabitable conditions to their misrepresentation of the property and advertisement of amenities (closed prior to my reservation and went without mention to me as a prospective renter), this was the worst experience ever. The property is misrepresented in the listing, the condition of the property is almost uninhabitable, the amenities for which the property rental is established were closed prior to my reservation and remained closed during my entire stay (beyond the time noted they would reopen). The experience was further exasperated when the Property Manager (Host) entered the rental while my family was away without notice or permission and only admitted to doing so once questioned (Police report filed for criminal trespass according to Florida law).

Repeat Visit

The condo was beautifully decorated in a costal theme. It had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.The screened in porch/deck was an extra bonus, nicely furnished with the ability to eat outside or just relax and read a book. As the owners disclose, this is a third floor unit so if you have mobility or issues with breathing this may not be the unit for you since there are no elevators. The town is charming and reminds me of Cape Cod, but with less traffic😉.Plenty to do with great places to eat. Very nice beaches. No more than 30 minutes to Jackson International Airport. Definitely a hidden gem of a vacation spot. Amelia Landings is our go to place each time we come to visit family.
