The house was better than advertised. The patio was perfect for our young family and there was plenty of space in the living area. Beach access was a block away. This was our second time staying at this property and everything was just as perfect as before. Short walk to downtown Neptune for fun restaurants and shops and an even shorter walk to the beach. Wonderful Place to Stay Right Next to the Beach!

We had an amazing experience staying here! The house was so clean and the amenities were perfect. The balcony with the swinging chair was a great place to hang out when it was raining. Trips to and from the beach were just a quick two minute walk. I would absolutely recommend this place as a perfect beach getaway.

Greetings Sandra. Dan and I checked out of your lovely and convenient beach house last weekend. We stayed for 4 weeks in March for our 2nd consecutive year. We love the quietness of the neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to the beach. It is close to all the amenities such as stores, restaurants, and the closeness to our son and his family in Ponte Vedra Beach. We also like the convenience to favorite restaurants in St. Augustine, Jax Beach as well as others We would certainly want to return in March of 2027. Let us know about availability, please. The updates to the property were noted and appreciated, such as the front yard Astro turf, new bedding in the bedrooms, etc. Hope to see you in 2027.Sue and Dan.

Terry and Sandy have provided a wonderful experience. The shed and everything in it was useful. They provided many touches that made it feel like a home. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be looking to re book again.
