The cigarettes were everywhere and at all times. The balconies around us made it impossible to enjoy our balcony, which I specifically paid more for. Very unhappy about that.

Horrible Environment!

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced! It’s not a safe environment and we witnessed drug dealing outside the entrance of the hotel. There was a large crowd of unsavory people outside the entrance that made cat calls and other remarks to my granddaughters that forced us back into the hotel. The A/C in the room sound like a jet engine. Note, this is the first time in my adult life I’ve ever written a negative review but this experience at this Best Western with good conscious requires it!

Room was comfortable and clean. I thought I was getting an oceanfront room but instead I got a noisy room over a busy street by the elevator. Not at all worth the price. Will not return.
