Staff was friendly and responsive at every interaction. We were notified before our arrival that renovations were ongoing but they did not interfere with any part of our stay. Breakfast every morning was good and plentiful, and there was a friendly young lady keeping the area clean and food refreshed. The hotel is situated just off the main road behind a small truck stop but was easy to get in and out of. Made it real convenient to get gas when we needed it. Several fast food places close to the hotel, and an easy drive to other shopping areas.

It was the best BW property we have stayed in. Friendly staff, great breakfast (LOVED the potatoes), beautiful decor and extremely clean. Highly recommend this property.

Currently doing work and the containers take up some parking, but we didn't have issues finding a convenient spot and the desk lady said it was fully booked. Breakfast was great - plenty of food and good taste. Rooms were comfortable and we didn't have much hallway noise at all. You can tell it was recently renovated, so everything was newer and clean.

A really horrible hotel. Bathrooms were nice an upgraded but that was the only good thing to say. Arrived and found a big yellow stain on my bed! It was so late I just covered it and tried to sleep. The curtains were so dirty. There was a sewer smell in the middle of the night. I got no sleep. In am I asked for another room. They had none. I had to check out until 3pm. Then they checked me into a room with an old bathroom. Went back finally they checked me into another room. I checked the bed and the comforter was stained. Disgusting. Later I asked for extra towels those were stained. Ac system is so humid and moldy smelling too. There are clumps of dust in the corner walls. All around terrible stay and they decided not to credit me at all. Incredibly horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The hotel was horrible, it has a very bad smell in the elevator, rooms and restrooms. We stayed for 3 nights and we found more than 10 cockroaches. The carpet on the hallway was old and stinky. They said they will clean the room every other day and they never did . It has a renovation sign, so the dust smell is everywhere. I will never stay here again.

The outside was well kept and clean. Our room was on the second floor at the end of the hall in a room with a 'newly remodeled bathroom'. Unfortunately, we had construction crews working in all the rooms we passed to get to our room. The hall carpet was covered with plastic so that it wouldn't get ruined. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
