A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected, while air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a functional space for preparing meals at your own pace, with full-size appliances and ample counter space. The adjacent dining area offers a simple, convenient spot for shared meals or catching up on work, keeping everything within easy reach.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and easy access to a second full bathroom. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, are provided to support a comfortable stay.

Florida Room & outdoor areas
The enclosed Florida Room overlooks the golf course and serves as a quiet extension of the living space, ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying the view at any time of day. A patio or balcony offers another place to step outside and take in the surroundings.

Amenities & features
Guests benefit from a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad for added convenience. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces is included. A pool is available within the community, and the home is equipped with essential safety features. Additional comforts include an HDTV, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace.

Neighborhood
Located in the Quail Pointe neighborhood within Sawgrass Country Club, the condo offers a peaceful residential setting with easy access to the beaches, dining, and shopping of Ponte Vedra. The area balances quiet surroundings with the natural beauty and coastal character of the region.

Note
This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sorry, NO pets allowed.
-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
