The open-concept second floor connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas in a bright, welcoming flow. After a day by the water, sink into the comfortable seating and stream your favorite show on the HDTV using your own login. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxing or gathering with family and friends.

Kitchen & dining
Prepare and share meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cooking basics. From quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners, everything you need is within reach. The adjoining dining table provides the perfect setting to enjoy a meal together as the day winds down.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms offer restful comfort for up to six guests. On the first floor, a guest suite includes an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette for added privacy. The top-floor primary suite features a walk-in closet, double vanity, and spacious walk-in shower. A third bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom completes the upper level, while a half bath is conveniently located near the main living area.

Outdoor living

The home includes a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher for peace of mind. Pets are not allowed, and there is no carbon monoxide detector or shampoo provided.
