Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and breakfast was great, as was the woman who kept the breakfast replenished and the dining area clean. Was right across the street from Costc, so I could fill my rental care with gas before I headed to the airport. And Culvers was next door for an easy dinner within walking distance. Overall great experience.

The room was very comfortable, however, road traffic noise was loud at times. Quality and variety of the breakfast items was weak. Our room and the Inn were very clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and exceptional.

I did not like that i was told by the staff that I could not park my truck and trailer on the property. I have been in business for 15 years in the state of Florida and a Choice Platinum Member, and have stayed and parked at many, many Choice properties throughout the SouthEast, yet when I pulled this same truck and trailer on this property there was no place to park it. I don't appreciate the lack of hospitality and poor customer service, especially to someone who has been so loyal to Choice Hotels for years and continues to!!!

My only complaint is that there is no towel rack close to the shower. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay with friendly staff (especially at check-in) with interesting naval related decor.

Everything about this property is great, except for the deposit issue, which was not stated when I booked the property, otherwise I wouldn't have booked it, because I see no point in a hotel holding $75 of my money for a week or more when I'm staying one night and do not intend to purchase anything nor leave my room in any condition other than the way I found it, save some dirty linens. I was also rather annoyed that they would not take the deposit in cash so that I could receive my money back at check-out. Overall, the property is clean, well maintained, and seems to be in an area that is rather safe. It's also very close to a variety of shopping and dining options. I probably wouldn't stay again due to the deposit issue, but if that doesn't bother you, then I'd highly recommend this property.

Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the decor to cleanliness to comfort. Super clean and everything in the room was perfect. The breakfast options were great. All staff was super nice and attentive to all our needs. Will definitely stay here again.
