Impressive visit

I came to visit my brother and was looking for a reasonably priced hotel, and found, what was listed at a rating of 8 to be a "10". I was greeted at the desk with a big smile in a very welcoming environment. I eat breakfast every morning, so even though one of the selling factors for deciding on this hotel was the hot breakfast. I came prepared to go out to eat. I decided to take a peek at the breakfast set-up before heading out, and was surprised, and yes, I stayed. But what set it over the top was an employee named Katie. She was awesome. What a great employee they have in her! Needless to say, the cleanliness, customer service in the other aspects of the hotel were just as awesome. To say this was an amazing stay would be an understatement!!! I frequent about 4 to 5 hotels a year, and I was impressed!

Hotel was good, staff excellent, great breakfast. The water had a funky smell and taste that I wouldn't even brush my teeth with. There was very little water pressure in the shower that made it hard to wash my hair. If it weren't for the lack of water pressure, I would start there again.

Amazing place to stay, the rooms are very clean and updated. The staff is very friendly. I was even able to check in, an hour earlier for a small fee of course. The pool Area was small, but very nice. They even had a kids activity in the lobby my kids loved.

Basic hotel not really safe, truckers stay here they also had hiring campaign for fast food chains in lobby all kinds of ppl walking in/out, beds uncomfortable, pillows flat and cheap, gym roof was leaking water that ran out door, food smell on first floor every morning. The front desk manager is rude she still charged $20 because we left 1 hour later than check out time even after my concerns and dissatisfaction was expressed!!! Disgusting at customer service!

The staff was great. My only problem is that when I got there I found out that I had to pay a $75.00 deposit for both my rooms. Most hotels only charge $20.00 fee this is something people should see on the site before booking at this hotel.
