During the snow storm we got stranded in phoenix and we were heading to Jacksonville. We accidently mad a reservation at this hotel in Jacksonville. Tried to immediately cancel and they denied the cancellation. Not happy at all.

Overall nice hotel in a good location near a few food places. Shuttle was prompt and was also available for a fee for transport to the cruiseport. My only issue was not being able to check-in before 2pm, when the booking on Hotels.com CLEARLY stated that the price we paid qualified for early check in. I've never in all of my travels been denied checking in at a hotel at least 30-60 minutes early

Check in and out was super quick and easy and the room was very affordable with no hidden fees. My only complaint is the room had a very weird smell like it was stale. With that being said the room was very clean and the bed and pillow were super comfortable.
