****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The Amelia South Condominium Association has scheduled exterior construction on the opposite half of the building from this unit from August 3 through November 6 (weather and construction schedules may extend this timeline). While work is not currently planned directly outside this unit, guests should expect construction-related noise, dust, workers, and equipment on the property. The project will include the use of smaller jackhammers and other construction equipment. Because the work has not yet begun, the level of noise and disruption is difficult to predict and may vary from day to day. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.

Upon entry guests will immediately notice the sparkling new kitchen with white cabinetry and stunning quartz countertops. The contrasting stainless topped island provides additional space for meal preparation or a great spot to set up a little afternoon happy hour! There are also two barstools for additional seating. The adjacent dining space is outfitted with a round wooden table and chairs and can accommodate up to six people.

The beautifully decorated living space is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa and two upholstered chairs looking out at the expansive oceanfront views. The wall mounted flat screen smart TV provides indoor entertainment. Stylish plantation shutters and blackout draperies offer light control and privacy as needed. This space is anchored by the ocean front sliding glass doors which lead to the spacious covered balcony. Being an end unit, this balcony provides magnificent beachfront views all down the Atlantic coastline. The balcony features a dining table and six chairs perfect for dining alfresco. Two cozy rocking chairs make this the perfect place to watch the waves crash on the shore below or look for dolphins in the horizon!

Watch the sunrise from the comfort of the master suite which also offers access to the spacious balcony. A king sized bed, impeccable furnishings, a flat screen smart TV, and a completely remodeled master bathroom complete the scene. The bathroom features a luxury tiled walk-in shower and a quartz topped vanity- a true seaside sanctuary!

Well stocked beautifully updated condo. Comfortable beds and great outdoor deck. Great views and loved the end unit away from noisy pool area. Everything that is important in a rental. I did dock a star due to complex itself a little dated, not many pool chairs and construction noise next store was loud when you were on the deck. Not the owners fault however.

Everything was perfect. Only negatives were there were no beach chairs or towels ( which the ad did say there wouldn’t be any but I had hoped). So we had to rent chairs and buy towels which was a little costly. We were flying so couldn’t bring chairs with us. Other than that, it was amazing!

Our family loves visiting and staying at Amelia South. This condo didn’t disappoint. The entire place was well equipped, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were great for trying to get some extra zzz’s. We fully enjoyed sipping our coffee on the balcony while taking in the views!
