Easy Breezy Oceanfront ground floor condo in amazing Jax Beach, near Mayo

Located in Jacksonville Beach, this condo is a dream. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, located on the ground floor with views of the ocean, sand dunes and palm trees. Easy access to the beach, just slide open the glass door and feel the breeze. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer and a full equipped kitchen will help make your beach getaway restful and easy. In addition, enjoy nearby water activities such as boating, surfing and fishing.

This condo has a clean and coastal look with serene colors and beachy decor. It has a King size bed with a very comfortable Stern and Foster mattress and 2 Smart TVs. A 35 inch TV in the bedroom and a 55 inch TV in the Living room.

There is a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, so we've got you covered on coffee! There is also a charcuterie book and board to create your own platters along with wine glasses and a cocktail mixer if you care to create. There is a charging station available so you can keep all your devices charged up. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and some sand toys for the kiddos. But if you want to take a break from the beach, tennis courts and basketball court are less than a mile away at Huegenot Park. Pickleball courts are also near by. It is also conveniently located near many restaurants, breweries, bike rentals and spas to enhance your stay.

This is not a 10 rating....it's clean and well decorated but it's just ok and old. Bathroom was tiny. The view is a sand dune, but it is close to the beach. The bed is very comfy. I would not stay here again..

The unit was absolutely amazing! The decor was gorgeous, the extra sitting area next to the living room was very nice. Very spacious unit, well maintained, updated everything! The most comfortable bed and the shower was superb! I didn't expect a view at all being on 1st level with the dunes but there was a slight view which was so great. We will definitely visit again (when it's not so cold!). Also, the BBQ restaurant nearby is highly recommended! Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect place right on the beach

We had an amazing week. The home was spotless, plenty of towels, dishes, and linens. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes (out the back sliding door, up the dune, and you're there!). This was a perfect location for relaxing or accessing the many restaurants and shops along the coastline. The owners were very responsive to my plannkng questions and helping us get squared away. Thanks to them and their lovely place, we had a mich needed great time. We'd love to come back again!
