****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements – Building A at Surf & Racquet Club is scheduled to undergo a major exterior concrete restoration and balcony renovation project. Mobilization and rigging are scheduled to begin December 21, 2026, with balcony and handrail work beginning December 28, 2026. The project is expected to continue through approximately May 11, 2027 (weather permitting; delays are possible). This will be an active exterior construction site throughout the duration of the project. Guests should expect ongoing and potentially extremely disruptive daytime construction noise, including jackhammering, concrete repairs, power tools, and other heavy construction activity Monday through Friday (approximately 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Construction crews, scaffolding, swing stages, lifts, dust, debris, temporary parking impacts, and changing construction conditions throughout the property should also be expected. The project will be completed in phases, and individual balcony stacks may be taken out of service as work progresses. If your balcony stack is scheduled for active construction during your stay, balcony access will be unavailable while work is being completed. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions are disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the anticipated construction impacts and uncertainty associated with booking during an active construction period. Although construction on Building A is currently not scheduled to begin until approximately December 21, 2026, construction within Surf & Racquet Club is anticipated to begin in other buildings on approximately August 14, 2026, and continue through approximately September 2027. Guests staying anytime between August 14, 2026, and September 30, 2027, may experience construction-related noise and activity elsewhere within the complex, even if Building A is not in its active construction phase during their stay.

The sparkling white and completely remodeled kitchen is open to the rest of the space and is anchored by a quartz topped peninsula. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked out of the way beneath a butcher block work surface. Imagine preparing a tasty meal for the family with beautiful ocean views in the background!

The master suite is furnished with a king bed and coastal inspired decor. Sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony off of this room with astonishing views of the sandy shoreline. The newly renovated master bath includes a tiled combination shower/tub and granite topped vanity.

The second bedroom features two queen beds and sliders to the second private balcony. A hall bath is nearby and has been updated with a tiled combination shower/tub and white vanity with a granite top.

Amelia Surf and Racquet has two fabulous pools, four Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts, and an outdoor grill/picnic area. Guests will find what they are looking for whether it's a relaxing day at the beach, poolside fun, a game of tennis, or just a little glass of wine enjoying the stunning ocean views on the balcony.
