It was a very clean hotel, I would recommend it to anybody. The only thing I didn’t agree with was being a guest that stays there have to pay for parking there at the hotel.

Amazing and convenient stay! We were greeted with warm cookies. There is easily accessible access to the airport via the 24 hour shuttle. Everything was exceptionally clean. We needed to book for Christmas Day. When arriving late, we were able to eat a meal at the open restaurant on site. This is hands-down the best hotel we have stayed at near the Jacksonville airport.

Latonya at the front desk was very professional. I had a problem in the dining area when I ordered the jambalaya soup when I took the soup to my room and was eating it. I noticed a large piece of plastic was in my soup. I called down to the restaurant. They told me to return it and did not accommodate me with an additional choice when I chose to get the burger and place of the soup I had to pay an additional eight dollars which initially was not my first choice of food to eat I think the restaurant should accommodate and go above and beyond to make the customer satisfied if an era was made on their end and not charge the customer extra money for something that they didn’t want in the first place so I just asked for a refund and then order any food from the restaurant since they were not accommodating to me.
