Perfect for football fans, concert-goers, contractors or large groups, you are just a 10-minute walk from EverBank Stadium and Daily's Place. This newly renovated home combines classic charm with modern conveniences, featuring tall ceilings and an open, airy layout that feels very spacious. Relax out on the upstairs patio and enjoy the aroma of coffee coming from Maxwell House nearby.

First floor consists of two living room spaces, dining room, laundry room, one bathroom and a kitchen with granite countertops, subway style backsplash. The appliances consist of a full-size french door refrigerator with water dispenser and icemaker, electric glass-top range, microwave and dishwasher. Downstairs also includes a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub.

All four bedrooms are located upstairs with additional full-size bathroom with separate vanities and shower/tub.

Includes a fully fenced in yard for Fido.

No smoking permitted inside the unit - only outside on the patio please!
