Very impressed with the room and all the accommodations. From the impressive lobby to the breakfast in the morning, the omelets were out of this world, I truly enjoyed my stay. I did not have heat in my room, I did report it to the front desk and they brought me one small electric heater that didn’t keep the room warm I had to move it to back and forth. I was very disappointed this time with my room.

room was great, food was great front desk staff was terrible at night. No heat, front desk told us it will be fixed in an hour. Never fixed and no heater was offered. Morning desk person ar checkout was great. She offered 10,000 points as a thank you and apology.
