Inexpensive place to stay with a comfortable bed. The bathroom needs refreshing and the table and 2 chairs need to be replaced. Absolutely the best daily maid service I’ve had in a long time.

I chose a smokers room and even though I didn’t expect for the room to be perfect, there was mud and dirt on the walls that could’ve easily been wiped off. The covers have burn holes in them and the filters for the AC weren’t clean.

The remodeled place is very good. There is an issue with road noise and that the building is shaped like a “c” with all the room doors facing the parking lot in classic motor Lodge style. The room was clean and smoke free. The service was efficient. There is a diner next-door that serves good food. Phillips Highway is a very busy roadway and the sound somewhat crept into the room. They’ve done a great job with the remodel and the price point was very attractive. I would stay there again.
