Plenty of room for the whole family. The 3 bedrooms share a bath, and another full bath with shower by the den. Portable crib/ playpen and changing table. The kitchen, living room and dining room have an open layout. There is also a den with a dedicated workspace, desk, and executive desk chair.
So Relax with your morning coffee on the very private and peaceful covered patio. The back yard is fully fenced, with plenty of room for your pet to run or kids to play. The patio has plenty of room at the table and a propane grill. Eating in tonight? The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals, including blender, crockpot, toaster, microwave oven, air fryer and coffee pot. I supply coffee, filters, tea, condiments and most common spices to use when I stay, so help yourself to anything you need. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, making it a joy to cook meals as you interact with your family or friends. Bedrooms have a comfy bed, TV, and plenty of closet space. There is also a portable crib, playpen, and changing table. The den has a dedicated workspace with desk if you need to work, and games if you would rather play! It is also spacious enough to do yoga.

The house is on a cul-de-sac, 2 minutes drive to I-10, 1/2 - 1 mile walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and historic Murray Hill Theater. Great area for bike riding and 2-3 miles to Avondale, Riverside, and 5 Points.
