This beautifully renovated two bedroom/two bath beach condo is located at the boutique Sand Dollar Villas on Amelia Island. Quartzite countertops, marble backsplash, tiled walk-in shower and numerous other amenities add to your beach getaway. Wake up to the sunrise or sleep in with blackout curtains. Having morning coffee or sipping champagne in the evening on your private balcony looking at the ocean is simply delightful. You have easy access to ocean swimming and sunning on the beach or enjoy lounging by the Oceanside pool. This is my so happy place and can be yours too!

Great location! Walked on the beach, found several good restaurants within easy reach, and had no difficulty getting to and from the event I was attending. The unit itself was welcoming and was thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. Brad, the host, was happy to help if I needed anything: communication was perfect. The host was very welcoming and very kind. The condo was clean. It a very nice smell not a dirty used smell. Everything we could have needed was here (soap in showers, sinks and laundry). The host was such a pleasure to deal with. Great communication before and during our stay. We enjoyed Amelia Island and the host recommendations for local dining and events.
