Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. To help protect our home and neighbors, we use a backyard decibel monitor that alerts us to sustained elevated noise levels.

Violations will result in immediate action, including a $1,000 fine, termination of your reservation without refund, removal from the property, and permanent ban from future bookings.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask that all guests respectfully observe quiet hours and be mindful of our neighbors at all times.

We visited family in the area and stayed at this property for a beach retreat before heading back to the Northeast for the start of school. The location was perfect. Our stay at the Pink Pheasant Home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, welcoming, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. Having “Lenny,” the 6-person golf cart, was such a fun and convenient bonus that made getting around a breeze.The backyard truly felt like our own private oasis, complete with a cozy fire pit, rocking chairs, plenty of lounge seating, and great patio furniture. We loved spending time outside playing the outdoor games provided—it made for so many fun family moments.Inside, the layout was fantastic with two separate living rooms, which was a game-changer!
