Welcome to your Amelia Island escape! This beautifully designed home sits right on the 7th green of the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, offering the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and fun. Whether you’re here to golf, hit the beach, or simply unwind with a sunset by the fire pit, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The home offers a comfortable and well-designed layout ideal for families, groups, or extended stays.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, a separate toilet room, and a walk-in closet with a full-size mirror.

The second guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a closet, and a full-size mirror, while the third bedroom is furnished with bunk beds featuring a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top—perfect for kids or additional guests. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a spacious sink and counter area and a bathtub/shower combination.

There is also a dedicated office space with a pull-out couch, offering flexibility for remote work or extra sleeping accommodations. The living room is bright and inviting with a comfortable sectional couch and a swivel chair, creating a perfect space to relax after a day at the beach. The house was very nice! Quite neighborhood. Owner very responsive!There listing shows bunk beds and another bed in 1 room but it was just a bunkbed which worked ok.
