Cons: I saw many dogs during my stay, which was unexpected. Overall the hotel is outdated....a transition piece was missing between the carpet and the tiles, there was an awkward strong smell in the closet, and the breakfast options were lacklustre. Pros: easy check in service, and location was close to my family.

The hotel was gross. It was dirty and run down. The pool was disgusting—and closed. The breakfast was not good and most things were out. We had to wait for coffee, for eggs, for bacon, and for cinnamon rolls. If you wanted fruit loops you were in luck. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Hard to find the turn for the hotel since it's literally behind the dealership. Also the lights is not sufficient, its too dim and dark, not something you want from a hotel. Overall the hotel is nice, clean, and on the newer side.

We had booked and our printed reservation confirmed that we had reserved an accessible room as my wife has mobility issues. We checked in after we had eaten dinner and planned to remain in the room the rest of the night so we completely unpacked. My wife decided to shower. She was completely undressed before she noticed that the bathroom had a regular bathtub with a high side to step over and no grab bars. It was definitely not an “accessible” bathroom. At that point it was too late to ask to be moved to a different room. Therefore I had to stay in the bathroom while she showered to make sure she didn’t slip and fall and to help her get in and out of the tub. Likewise the dispensing bottles containing the shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap were attached in a holder and therefore not movable and extremely difficult to reach and use in not only the bathtub but also the sink. We believe that we deserve a refund or credit for the extreme inconvenience we encountered with a room that was not what we booked. The desk lamp did not work as it had apparently been taken apart to be repaired and not put completely back together. The TV worked fine but the TV remote control selector was held together by rubber bands because its battery cover was missing.

It is with deep regret...

God's Gracious Morning. I am up at 5:39am writing this review. I want to start by saying that I've stayed at an IHzg hotel in Oneonta, NY which was amazing from top to bottom. So I was like great we'll stay at 1 the day b4 our cruise in FL. (We had 3 rooms-12ppl) Where do I start. We walked into a cold lobby to check in but that could've just been us coming from outside. Got there and rooms weren't ready no problem wait wasn't long. When we got to room we knew why. The rooms smelled like stale, dry, moldy, water and cigarettes - non smoking hotel btw. In my room the cushions on the couch were torn and the cotton was coming out. Those were the first 2 things I reported to front desk (the lady was great btw). Nothing they could do about smell but maintenance came and changed couch cushions only for him to say couch linens weren't changed - SMDH). We endured only staying for 1 night. Next Bathtub stopper wouldn't stay up so when you took shower the dirty water didn't drain from tub left soapy scum around tub. Went down to front desk she gave my a bottle of cleaner and rag for tub. Came up cleaned tub and was like only 1 night. We were on 2nd floor and it sounded like there were 100 kids just running back and forth until about 2am, needless to say we complained about 4 times to front desk I had to go down the 1st 2 times because phone didnt work. The tv also didn't work they came and fixed both they said kids play with phone and make prank calls and tv needs to be reset.
