Staff was professional. Room was semi-clean. Carpet was stained. Bed seemed clean. Roaches in bathtub and on bathroom floor, mold in shower tile. Path of dirty bare footprints seen down the hall of the main floor of hotel the night we checked in, still there in the morning. This place needs a full refresh and improved custodial practices.

Traveling with family room was very clean, lady at the front desk when we arrived was great. The lady that worked that night dont know here name but was wearing a mask. We had to have change to wash a few things, (they have NO change machine). I went and ask if we could get 5 dollars in quarters and she yelled and stated she had none. It was pouring down rain have to drive to the convenient store to get change, we needed ONE more dollar( which was 4 quarters). She was extremely rude and pulled the cash drawer out and Shook it at me and stated she couldnt give me quarters, then asked what I did not understand about that.... place was clean but seriously that lady needs to go. She then was rude to my kids when they was Buying candy from the snack bar and was trying to pay her for them.
