Room had very old furniture and equipment. Sofa was all stained and lamps were dusty. We asked for new room and staff was very nice about it, moved us in different room( bit cleaner) but with an explanation that hotel is very old. Old doesn’t mean stained, in my opinion. Overall stay was not worth the price.

We drove 6 hours from GA to attend a football game for my son. Arrived at the hotel after the game shortly after 10PM. We turned on the bathroom light and there was a ROACH IN OUR SHOWER!!! I called the front desk and Derek did his best to help us sort things out. He brought us cleaning supplies and fresh blankets. The rooms were all booked and it was already late so we were limited on where we could go for the night. The night manager Pamela (?) haggled with me about what resolutions were available (refused to offer any compensation until I told her I was calling the GM then offered 25% off) and couldn't say with certainty that this had never happened to other guests before. I would never stay here again. The staff was nice. Justin, Derek, the night bartender, etc. were great but the roach made me cringe. My family slept fully clothed with all of our stuff packed up and left at dawn. I would never stay here again.

Yesterday I arrived at the hotel and I didn’t like anything I saw. The hallways smelled bad, the pool was dirty — it even had pieces of wood in it, and all the debris was settled at the bottom.
