Great staff. Very pleasant not only to me and accommodating my room location request for the benefit of my elderly mother but I overheard the same great attitude, service and kindness to other guests as I walked past the front desk.

Beds were super hard and the pillows were terrible. Makes for a long and rough night of sleep. Other than that, cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast area could be larger. Overly crowded with nowhere to sit and eat breakfast.

Front desk and breakfast staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed most everything about our stay, had very nice breakfast. Only exception was the HVAC in the room. Walked into room with smell of strong air freshener spray to mask musty smell of AC.

The property is great, as expected. However, Expedia sold me (made a reservation for) a King size bed room. The property in this case when I showed up said NONE were able and I could either take a Queen size bed room or nothing - AND they could not refund my payment because I went through Expedia! Why would Expedia allow me to book a room that would NOT be available when I arrived? Bad deal. I settled for the Queen even though I am 7’7” tall and don’t fit!!

This place is so convenient for travelers. We can leave our car here and take the transport to airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfast. The staff is very helpful.
