We had a great day at Hyatt Place! The location is perfect for either arriving or departing from Jacksonville airport. Our room was large and well appointed and we were allowed to check in early, which was helpful!A special shout out to Mike and Stephanie, the shuttle drivers, who were fun, funny and helpful! Great day!

The sheets were soiled and filthy looked like piss, yet the bed was made up. I travel with my 5 yr old twins and 2 yr old grand daughter, mase me very uncomfortable for the rest of the stay. Makes you wonder what else is half done. This was my favorite place to stay but definitely doing some rethinking. I had several scary issues her with being un sanatized. Yall need to do better and i would definitely like to be compensated.

The room smelled like dirty socks. There was mold in the shower. The sink had a clog…didn’t drain well. The beds gave us all back aches. I typically don’t rate a hotel on their breakfast, but I feel I must since it’s listed as an amenity. It was terrible…bland food, warm orange juice. Will never stay there again.

The shower area was very tiny and the door to the area actually bumped up to the shower pan - good thing my husband and I are thin!!! The TVs throughout the property were spotty with cable connections which we were not informed until we called the front desk to report a problem. Breakfast was good and staff was accommodating.
