Luxury Amelia Island 2 Bedroom at the Surf & Racquet Club

Wake up to ocean views and sunlight in this renovated 2-bed, 2-bath corner condo on the 5th floor. Enjoy a wraparound balcony, modern kitchen, and updated bathrooms. The master has a king bed and ensuite; the second room has two full beds. Relax by the pool, play tennis, or stroll to the beach in this gated, secure community. High-speed WiFi, A/C, and all the comforts of home—your perfect oceanfront escape awaits. This building will be undergoing construction that includes concrete and stucco repairs throughout the property, replacing balcony and breezeway waterproofing systems, applying new coatings and sealants, removing and replacing guardrails, and upgrading stairwells. Additional general improvements will also take place as needed.
Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Contractors will arrive each morning at 7:30 am to prepare, with crews starting work at 8:00 am.

The corner unit was so nice. The upgrades were immaculate and so beautiful in the unit. The bathroom lighting was such an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the instructions were so easy. We loved our stay!
