There was the most underwhelming, judgmental , front desk clerk who was rude,, asked me to leave the lobby and go outside to the window,. To check in . She was the only one working , however. She was slow, didn’t know much about customer service, spoke almost UNINTELLIGIBLE ENGLISH, and had the audacity to turn her back as I waited for her to recognize ME? I didn’t appreciate that at all and I will be speaking with management regarding her behavior.

if I had an option for negative reviews, I will. Rooms are beyond dirty!!! Stinks like a box of cigarettes but shows no smoking?? Toilet overfilled and water all over the floor, maintenance didn’t bother to come by and clean it, office didn’t even care when it was reported she gave a plunger and told us to take care of it she was too busy stuffing her face instead of helping, beds are itch, save time and money this hotel is NOT it, first time in Jacksonville so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Therefore worse experience I ever had in a hotel stay, not even pet friendly hotels are this bad!!! - negative stars

Staff were great. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was in disrepair, the toilet barely worked, the paint was stained. the tile in the bathroom was damaged. Beds (full sized, not queens) were OK at best. Outside noise was terrible.

I reserved an ADA room. Which was occupied when I arrived. I looked at their next room available it had candy wrappers on the floor. Dirty towels on the counter, dried hot chocolate spilled on the floor ( at least I hope it was chocolate) Roaches. I could not stay there. I asked for a refund and sleep in my car at a rest area. I would give them less stars if possible.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly! The room smelled like mold but was pretty clean. I also really like that they have security at night, that definitely made us feel safer!

We pulled into the parking lot and were so much not impressed...there was a very large man prowling on the sidewalk beside the window provided for check ins....no admittance to the inside to do that. When my husband walked over to check in, the large man back and began talking about shootings there, the desk person told my husband there was a 24 hour security person. The large man continued to hang around my husband until he finally told the check in person to cancel our stay. I think that employee agreed it was not safe for two senior, disabled persons to stay there.
